Bhoomika Chawla, who shared an excellent onscreen chemistry with actor Srikanth in `Roja Kootam` makes a powerful comeback in Kollywood with `Maa`. She plays the beautiful mother character in this movie. Sabapathy who has made the films `Naam`, `V.I.P` and `Punnagai Poove` is directing this flick. This movie is an emotional tale about a mother and her little daughter and the love they share, Prithviraj as her friend and Srikanth as her ex-lover. Its an Yuvan Shankar Raja musical and cinematography by Panneer Selvam. The filming of `Maa` would commence this October
